We have Coined the term Wellness
RISK.
- We have an option for healthcare professionals to gain data on patients
with regard to Self-Help Wellness strategies.
- It is the patient's compliance with the science that healthcare professionals are mostly
interested in with regard to their patient's Self-Help Wellness
strategies.
- The healthcare professional option will be put in place once our
Pilot Program is completed with local
companies in Guelph, Ontario.
- If you are a health care professional then connect with us and ask to be place on the
waiting list. We will contact the waiting list people when our system is ready to
service the healthcare profession.
- At the present time, (2025), healthcare professionals will be offered the same Cost Free
option that companies are offered. It will be the patient who will cover the
Enrollment, Measurement and
Tutoring Workshop fees.

FoodPainConnection The FoodPainConnection, through the Pain Relief Diet, is one area people can help themselves with. However, changing one’s
diet is not an easy task. There are personal preferences involved, cultural preferences involved, monetary factors
involved and physical health issues involved with the immune system reactions to various foods and spices. There
are several mind set resistance problems that need to be conquered. On top of all that, blood flow
plays an essential very important part.
Exercise
Exercise is one of the best ways to boost blood flow on a temporary basis. Giving that temporary boost in blood
flow, on a regular basis, also requires a mind set change. We are not exercising for weight loss but rather, for a
specific blood flow boost. We need to combine that blood flow boost with a nutritional modification stripping out
offending foods that interact with our specific, peculiar, individual genetics. If someone tries to make the claim
that their individual genetics are not peculiar, then they are making a mistake which will affect their health in a
detrimental way.
IDENTIFICATION
Getting ourselves out of lifestyle ruts may be our first problem. This needs to be solved. Identifying if we are in
a lifestyle rut can be a problem for many people. There Is one way that is available online, which we can use to
get a start on all of this. It involves getting numbers about ourselves that indicate how closely we are following
the science on Wellness strategies. Numbers help us monitor ourselves. They help us place ourselves into certain
directions. We then need to make the attitude shift and set ourselves toward taking things slowly while progressing
steadily toward our goal of improved Wellness.
Wellness Measurement is a prime priority. Most people
don’t think that poor Wellness carries considerable RISK along with
it. Thus, chronic disease becomes rampant. We have arrived at a new term called Wellness RISK. We have a website dedicated to that term and
it targets the individual person with motivational information.
Once we grasp that we have some Wellness
RISK, we then have the need to MANAGE that risk. We have a website Wellness
RISK Management which prioritizes workers in our workforce to
help them improve their Wellness.
People need to grasp the principles on how to help themselves change, to help themselves
improve, to become more well and at the same time become less diseased.
Job number one, get out of the rut. It is a mind set rut, get out of it. You won’t feel fast
progress, but you will see steady progress. The trick is to get on the roadway to Optimal Health Secrets.
Cannot Do It Alone
An additional mind set shift to make is that one cannot do it alone. Depressing as that might sound,
people need expert help to get on the roadway. Once on the road the goal is to become independent. If creating a
new social network of like-minded individuals for oneself is necessary, then so be it. Get on with it. But, first
get measured.
STRUCTURE
We have structured the help for people into two avenues of approach. The first avenue, and the main avenue, is
helping our workforce improve their Wellness. The second avenue is for all those people not in a workforce, or
people who are in a workforce but, that workforce is not organized yet for Wellness RISK Management. The third structure
will be brining healthcare professionals into Wellness RISK Management.
Our structure is set up to gain anonymous statistics by which we can manage the Wellness RISK Management protocols. All people will
need to get into one or the other research pathways. Help with that is available. Just contact us and ask. Tell us
